About the Role

  • As a Chef de Partie, you will manage mise en place and day to day operations within your assigned kitchen section.
  • Support the Sous Chef in maintaining highest food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to menu development, train junior chefs, maintain stock levels, and uphold safety and sanitation protocols.

About You

  • 2 3 years of experience in international cuisine with a Michelin star background
  • Formal culinary training and deep understanding of HACCP
  • Comfortable working in high pressure, fast paced environments
  • Organized, reliable, and committed to excellence
