- Check the Reservations Trace report on a daily basis and allocate outstanding tasks to reservations agents/supervisors
- Ensure all traces are suitably resolved before day end
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience with Reservations or significant experience in contact center
- Experience in selling, cross selling, and upselling multi properties in central environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and other language is an advantage
- Full knowledge of Property Management System (Opera) is required

About The Role
- As a Team Leader, Platinum you will monitor and control the entire Reservation operation according to the department standards.
- You will ensure that every caller directed to the Reservations department receives an optimum level of services and care at all times.
- The successful candidate will be required to check the Reservations Trace report on a daily basis and allocate outstanding tasks to reservations agent/supervisors, ensuring that all traces are suitably resolved before day end.
About You
- A minimum of one year experience with Reservations or significant experience of working in contact center.
- Experience in selling, cross selling, and upselling multi properties in central environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, Proficiency in English and other language is an advantage.
- Full knowledge of the Property Management System (Opera) is required.
