About the Role
- As an Imperial Club Agent, you will deliver a seamless and personalized experience for our guests from arrival to departure.
- You will be responsible for ensuring efficient check in and check out processes, handling cashiering transactions accurately, and providing exceptional service through welcome calls, care calls, and concierge assistance.
- Working closely with colleagues across the resort, you will anticipate guest needs, resolve requests promptly, and create memorable experiences that reflect our luxury hospitality standards.
About You
- You have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a 5 star luxury environment.
- You are a confident, energetic, and adaptable team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- You can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards and are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of guests and colleagues at all levels.
- Experience using Opera Cloud is preferred, and proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian would be an advantage.
