- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera preferred
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and remain composed in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- As a Lobby Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
- You will assist guests with directions, check in and check out guidance, and any immediate requests while ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the lobby.
- Working closely with the Front Office team, you will help manage guest movement, minimise waiting times, and maintain exceptional service standards.
- You will build meaningful guest relationships, anticipate individual needs, provide personalised recommendations, and contribute to an outstanding luxury hospitality experience.
About You
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a guest facing operational role within a 5 star hotel environment and take pride in maintaining a professional and well groomed appearance.
- Passionate about hospitality, you are committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail.
- You are articulate, energetic, and confident in your communication, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera is preferred, along with the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and remain composed in a fast paced environment.
