Position Summary (Japanese)

  • Prepare special meals or substitute items.
  • Adjust oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures.
  • Remove food from freezers and thaw in refrigerators.
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
  • Maintain food records.
  • Monitor quality and quantity of cooked food.
  • Communicate needs during busy periods.
  • Inform service staff of specials and out of stock items.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.

Preferred Qualifications (Japanese)

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 3 years.
  • Supervisory Experience: None.
  • License or Certification: None.
