About The Opportunity

  • Dynamic hospitality player operating across premium F&B outlets in UAE.
  • High energy, standards driven kitchens.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a specific station with precision.
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes.
  • Train and supervise junior staff.
  • Manage mise en place and inventory.
  • Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef.
  • Adhere to HACCP and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in 4/5 star hotel or fine dining.
  • Proficiency in French classical techniques.
  • Strong command of mise en place and station management.
  • Knowledge of HACCP.
  • Ability to execute complex recipes.
  • Experience with professional kitchen equipment.
