- Supervise and coordinate all tasks within kitchen section
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices in line with HACCP requirements
- Train, mentor, and guide commis chefs to enhance their skills and performance
- Assist the Executive Sous Chef with menu development, stock control, and efficient workflow planning
Requirements
- Strong culinary knowledge and proficient cooking techniques in the assigned section
- Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP practices
- Competency in portion control, presentation standards, and recipe adherence
- Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements
- 2 – 4 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel
- High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is required
