About the Job
The role is Chef De Cuisine (All Day Dining) - Culinary at Madinat Jumeirah Resort.
The position is scheduled to join from October 2026 onwards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle guest complaints through direct interaction or referral to the Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
- Ensure team members in designated sections follow schedules and perform duties effectively.
- Assist with Food and Beverage events and culinary competitions.
- Support strategies and special events for sales promotion and revenue generation.
- Ensure kitchen team members follow standard operating procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Support divisional targets through scheduling, training, cleanliness, and safety activities.
About You
- A relevant tertiary qualification is required.
- Previous HACCP management training is required.
- At least 5 years of culinary experience in luxury hotels or fine dining is required.
- Experience with international cuisine is required.
