Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring highest standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and consistency
- Develop and execute innovative menus, seasonal promotions, and signature dishes for restaurants, banquet, and room service
- Manage culinary staffing requirements including recruitment, training, performance management, succession planning, and team development
- Maintain full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP standards, sanitation procedures, and company policies
- Act as a visible culinary ambassador, interacting with guests and VIPs
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively, ensuring service recovery where required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef leading a high end grill operation
- Proven experience in a Michelin starred restaurant or Michelin Guide recognized fine dining establishment
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or renowned international restaurant groups
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous

- The ideal candidate is a passionate culinary leader with a strong fine dining pedigree, proven Michelin level standards, and a successful history of operating premium grill.
- The candidate must be highly guest centric, commercially minded, and capable of elevating the Stratos Restaurant’s reputation as one of the region's leading upscale grill destinations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef successfully leading a high end grill operation with demonstrated commercial success.
- Proven experience working in a Michelin starred restaurant or Michelin Guide recognized fine dining establishment.
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or renowned international restaurant groups.
Guest Experience & Public Relations
- Act as a visible culinary ambassador for the Hotel, consistently interacting with guests and VIPs.
- Possess excellent communication and public relations skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, hotel leadership, media representatives, and key stakeholders.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively, ensuring service recovery where required and continuously improving the overall dining experience.
Operational Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
- Develop and execute innovative Restaurants, Banquet and Room Service menus, seasonal promotions, and signature dishes while maintaining the restaurant's identity as a premier dining destination.
- Manage all culinary staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, performance management, succession planning, and team development.
- Maintain full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP standards, sanitation procedures, and company policies.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the culinary brigade.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
