- As **Change Specialist** , you will support in the execution of change management, communication, training, and business readiness strategies that enable successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- The role partners with stakeholders and operates under Project Management Office guidance to build engagement, minimise resistance, and drive measurable adoption.
- A key focus is defining and tracking post?go-live Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate impact and ensure sustainability of change.
- In this role, you will:
- Implement change management and business readiness strategies to ensure successful program delivery, sustainable transformation, and adoption of new procedures, technologies, and processes.
- Design and deliver strategic communications across digital assets, print materials, multimedia content, and events to build awareness, drive engagement, and foster alignment across change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define adoption KPIs, monitor ongoing engagement through dashboards and performance reports, and adapt approaches based on feedback and best practices.
- Support workforce engagement and capability development by evolving learning paths and initiatives that promote a connected, future-ready workforce, while championing continuous development.
- Coordinate closely with the Learning & Talent function to provide subject matter expertise in the design of impactful learning solutions including virtual learning products that support change enablement, ensuring that all learning initiatives are reviewed, aligned, and compliant with the Group?s learning governance, processes, and standards.
- Partner with communities of change agents to execute change management plans, deliver agreed outcomes, and foster ongoing business engagement through collaboration, feedback, and leveraging corporate best practices.
Qualification
In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the below requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in relevant qualification, or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with experience in Information Technology.
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification (preferred).
- Experience working on change/transformation initiatives using project and change management methods in a large organisation.
- **Knowledge/skills:**
- Knowledge and understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to manage and adapt to multiple change initiatives.
- Able to work effectively at all levels ? quickly establishing and then maintaining accountability and trust within key stakeholders.
- Ability to coach and support key stakeholders across teams.
- Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts, understand organisational issues.
- Proven experience in organizational change management within digital transformation, technology, or system implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of how digital solutions impact people, processes, and business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- Experience designing and delivering training and adoption campaigns for digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, data platforms).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, measure, and analyse adoption KPIs.
- Proficiency with collaboration and digital engagement tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Miro, Power BI).
- Empathetic change advocate who inspires confidence and trust.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and technology-driven environments.
- Enthusiastic about digital innovation and continuous improvement.
