Role Overview
- An exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in a large scale digital transformation programme within the maintenance sector.
- This initiative is designed to harness modern technology and significantly enhance processes and user experiences for an extensive user base of approximately 30,000 individuals.

- Lead user engagement initiatives by conducting concise interviews to capture pain points and gather feedback.

- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to feed real time user insights into solution creation.
