- Prepare, cook, and present high quality healthy dishes within your section
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to nutritional guidelines and dietary requirements
- Assist in menu development for health focused offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation in line with food safety standards
- Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in healthy cooking techniques and portion control
- Monitor food waste and contribute to sustainable kitchen practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in a health focused or wellness oriented kitchen
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary trends, and modern healthy cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high quality healthy dishes within your section.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to nutritional guidelines and dietary requirements (e.g., gluten free, vegan, low carb, keto, etc.).
- Assist in menu development for health focused offerings, including calorie conscious and allergen friendly options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation in line with food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, particularly produce and health based items.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in healthy cooking techniques and portion control.
- Monitor food waste and contribute to sustainable kitchen practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in a health focused or wellness oriented kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary trends, and modern healthy cooking techniques.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and food safety.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with plant based cuisine, superfoods, and alternative cooking methods (e.g., air frying, steaming).
- Familiarity with calorie and macro tracking software/tools.
- Ability to adapt traditional recipes to healthier versions without compromising on taste.
