- Manage daily mise en place and station organization
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Support junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth service operations
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage
Requirements
- Proven experience as CDP – Pizza or strong Demi CDP ready for promotion
- Excellent knowledge of pizza dough, sauces, and baking techniques
- Experience with wood fired, gas, or deck ovens is an advantage
- Ability to work in a high volume kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Culinary qualification is a plus
