Role Overview
Design, implement, and maintain critical CCTV surveillance systems and hyper-converged infrastructure.
Support high-availability video monitoring, secure video storage, and reliable infrastructure services across large-scale venues.
Collaborate with security and IT operations teams to minimize downtime, mitigate risks, and support regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure management experience, including at least 2 years focused on surveillance or video systems and HCI.
- Advanced Windows Server 2019/2022 administration skills, including Active Directory, PowerShell, and Hyper-V.
- Expertise with Windows Server Failover Clustering and SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining hyper-converged infrastructure clusters.
- Knowledge of ONVIF and RTSP protocols and network troubleshooting for video traffic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or an equivalent certification.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Nutanix, VMware vSAN, or Microsoft Azure Stack HCI.
