Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise IoT products and connectivity platforms.
Drive product strategy, delivery governance, operational excellence, and commercial performance across large-scale IoT and smart infrastructure programs.
Work with Product, Technology, Enterprise Sales, Operations, and external partners to deploy and continuously improve IoT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise IoT platform and connectivity product lifecycles and execute business-aligned product roadmaps.
- Drive pricing, commercialization, revenue growth, margin optimization, and go-to-market planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery and govern post-deployment operations, service performance, SLAs, and customer experience.
- Lead operational reviews, incident governance, escalations, service improvements, and strategic customer relationships.
- Support digital transformation initiatives for IoT, smart city, utility, and enterprise connectivity programs.
Technical Responsibilities
- Manage IoT Connectivity Management Platforms, device onboarding, SIM lifecycle management, provisioning, and service activation.
- Coordinate LTE, NB-IoT, LTE-M, and 5G connectivity services with telecom and network teams.
- Support API integrations, cloud connectivity, operational automation, platform monitoring, and connectivity analytics.
- Govern incident management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, security governance, compliance, and operational risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IoT Product Management, Telecom Product Management, Enterprise Technology Solutions, or related domains.
- Strong experience with enterprise IoT platforms, telecom services, or smart infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in telecom operators, smart city programs, utilities, or enterprise digital transformation environments.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical and operational teams and enterprise service governance.
Required Technical Skills
- IoT Connectivity Management Platforms, NB-IoT, LTE-M, 4G, and 5G technologies.
- MQTT, REST APIs, TCP/IP, SIM provisioning, device lifecycle management, and enterprise IoT architecture.
- Smart metering or AMI programs, OSS/BSS environments, SLA and incident management, and ITIL service management.
- ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, cloud IoT platforms, API integrations, Power BI, SQL, and operational reporting.
Core Competencies
- Product lifecycle management, IoT and telecom domain expertise, commercial and financial acumen, and strategic execution.
- Stakeholder and customer management, service governance, escalation leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.
Preferred Experience
- Large-scale IoT or smart utility programs and exposure to smart city, utilities, or enterprise connectivity ecosystems.
- Telecom or large enterprise technology environments.
- Certifications in ITIL, Agile, Product Management, or Cloud Platforms are advantageous.
