We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Control Room Manager to oversee our surveillance operations and security infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and strategic management.
About The Role
As the CCTV Control Room Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center, managing SOC Operators, security technologies, and emergency response systems.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our members, guests, and employees through proactive leadership, strong operational oversight, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with Golf Operations and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, peak-time readiness, and a consistently elevated experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the daily operations of the CCTV Control Room.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and infrastructure of camera systems.
- Manage end-to-end CCTV projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Troubleshoot IT and networking issues related to security systems.
- Ensure 24/7 system reliability and data integrity.
What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
- 6+ years of experience in security or law enforcement operations
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in camera hardware, installation, and infrastructure.
- IT Proficiency: Deep understanding of networking (IP cameras, servers, and storage).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale CCTV projects.
- Dubai Experience: Essential knowledge of SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) laws and regulations.
- Leadership: Ability to manage a team of operators and technicians.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
