Job responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in a busy restaurant environment.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and cashier areas.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good memory and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not always required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, cashiering, or food service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
