Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
- Generate detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analyses and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Monitor daily cash flow and manage supplier and vendor payments.
- Work with procurement and operations teams to manage and track inventory costs.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend pricing strategies.
Compliance and Planning
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement appropriate measures.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, including VAT, payroll taxes, and other obligations.
- Prepare and submit accurate tax filings and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with management to create budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Propose financial strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Support operational teams with financial insights to improve performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Three to four years of accounting experience with a focus on the F&B industry.
- Proven experience in cost control, financial planning, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Arabic fluency is essential.
Additional Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the local F&B market is required.
- English proficiency is advantageous.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work well under pressure are required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,000 to QAR 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
