About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure that the prices are updated regularly in the system
- Ensure counting of cash after the last customer leaves the showroom
- Ensure proper rates/denominations of currencies
- Conduct security checks for currency/credit cards/cheques when required
- Remove security tags from garments and items purchased by customer
- Advise customers on the availability of gift vouchers and other concept promotions as applicable
- Take full responsibility for the security of their designated till and the cash and other valuables within
- Provide pricing information by answering questions
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure amounts are correct and adequate change
- Follow the close down procedures for their designated till at the end of trading
Requirements

About the role
- The role holder will be responsible for products and services to customers with the aim of maximizing sales opportunities and providing exceptional service.
Core Responsibilities
