- Ensure accuracy of orders before serving customers or dispatching deliveries

- Learn and support the preparation of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Calo standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee machines, equipment, and workstations

- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, cashiering, hospitality, or F&B
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic required)
- Comfortable using POS systems and technology
- Willingness to learn barista skills and support café operations

Role Overview
- As a Cashier at Calo, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by handling customer transactions, managing orders, and supporting front of house operations.
- In addition to cashier responsibilities, you will be expected to learn and support basic barista duties, including beverage preparation and maintaining coffee station standards.
Cashier Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments through the POS system
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently and accurately
- Answer customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations
- Promote menu items, offers, and combo deals when appropriate
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Ensure accuracy of orders before serving customers or dispatching deliveries
- Follow proper cash handling procedures, including opening and closing balances
Barista Support Responsibilities
- Learn and support the preparation of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Calo standards
- Assist with beverage station setup, organization, and replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee machines, equipment, and workstations
- Ensure beverage quality and presentation standards are consistently met
- Support the café team during peak hours and operational needs
Operational Support
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Support delivery and pickup operations when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health & safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers and coworkers
Requirements
- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, cashiering, hospitality, or F&B
- Experience in cafés, restaurants, or quick service restaurants is a plus
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic required)
- Comfortable using POS systems and technology
- Willingness to learn barista skills and support café operations
