- Ensure quality, freshness, and correct quantities of purchased goods
- Track daily expenses and maintain clear records of all purchases
- Ensure receipts, invoices, and documentation are properly collected and submitted
- Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to understand daily requirements
- Handle urgent and last minute purchasing requests efficiently
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in purchasing, cashiering, or a similar role
- Comfortable handling cash transactions responsibly
- Good knowledge of local markets in Riyadh
- Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
- Ability to work in a fast paced, on ground role

What You'll Do Daily Purchasing
- Procure ingredients, packaging, and operational items using cash based on daily needs
- Visit local markets and suppliers to source required items quickly and efficiently
- Ensure quality, freshness, and correct quantities of purchased goods
What You'll Do Cost & Tracking
- Track daily expenses and maintain clear records of all purchases
- Ensure receipts, invoices, and documentation are properly collected and submitted
- Support basic cost control by comparing prices and suggesting better options
What You'll Do Operational Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to understand daily requirements
- Handle urgent and last minute purchasing requests efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to the facility
What You'll Do Compliance & Accuracy
- Follow internal processes for cash handling and reporting
- Maintain transparency and accuracy in all transactions
- Support stock checks when needed
What We're Looking For
- 1 2 years of experience in purchasing, cashiering, or a similar role
- Comfortable handling cash transactions responsibly
- Good knowledge of local markets in Riyadh
- Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
- Ability to work in a fast paced, on ground role

- Al Haer 3rd Industrial City, Riyadh (must be able to commute)
