Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure all details are clearly communicated to the kitchen team.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with menu selections and recommendations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Monitor order flow and ensure all items are served correctly and promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the service area at all times.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Support the team during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Process billing and payments accurately when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling.
- Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
