Client Experience Agent role within a call center, serving as the first point of contact for IFZA.
The position focuses on professional client communication, reliable service delivery, and positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and distribute incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond positively and promptly to client enquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of IFZA products and services to address client and professional partner queries.
- Keep client data confidential and record calls clearly in the call center CRM.
- Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Build effective working relationships and promote company culture and values.
- Complete other job-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience as a call center agent or in a similar role in the UAE.
- Full English proficiency is required.
- Additional spoken languages are advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office, is required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
