Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, resolving inquiries related to order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.
- Input and update customer data, order details, and service requests accurately into the CRM system in real time.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments while maintaining clear documentation and follow up timelines.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotional updates to customers per company guidelines and scripts.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of customer requests and order fulfillment.
- Meet daily KPIs for call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- CRM software experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Call center dialer tools experience
- Strong phone etiquette
- Time management skills
- Experience in logistics or trading sectors (preferred)
- Arabic language proficiency (preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE customs and delivery systems (preferred)
