Job Purpose

Qualifications and Experience

• More than one year of hospitality or customer service experience is required.
• A positive attitude and ability to provide excellent service in a multicultural team environment are required.
• High school graduation or Grade 12 is the minimum qualification.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Candidates must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
• Candidates should be determined, solution-oriented, culturally aware, and able to manage a demanding schedule.

Cabin Crew Responsibilities

• Provide passengers with friendly, observant, and appropriate support during flights.
• Lead aircraft service activities and take control of safety and security procedures.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan customer experience.

Salary and Pay Components

• Basic salary is AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 hours per month.
• Average total pay is AED 11,244 per month, with approximate figures for Grade II Economy Class.
• Night-stop meal allowances are credited to salary in arrears the following month.
