- Act as a hotel ambassador, providing personal service to guests
- Greet and escort guests, manage room preparations and amenities
- Perform concierge tasks such as restaurant bookings and in room dining orders
- Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare guest departures including express check out and packing needs
- Update guest profiles with preferences
Requirements
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
- Experience with Hotel Property Management System an asset
- Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work successfully in high stress and fast paced situations
- Effective problem solving abilities
- Must be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperation and perform successfully with limited supervision

Job Description
- Act as a hotel ambassador, providing personal service to guests.
- Use appropriate materials and equipment for butler service operations.
- Remain in close contact with guests, being friendly, attentive, and professional.
- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Assist and coordinate daily activity with the team and Butler Supervisor.
- Personally greet and escort guests rather than pointing out directions.
- Manage guest complaints professionally and record them.
- Report all guest comments or complaints.
- Be fully aware of VIPs in house and keep a good trace of them.
- Check details of reservations 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Prepare pre assigned room as per guest preferences and operational standards.
- Assist GSO at in room check in by handling documents.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English (verbal & written) required.
- Experience with Hotel Property Management System an asset.
