- Manage P&L for assigned Dell ISG and CSG portfolios across Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain
- Drive implementation and achievement of corporate business objectives and strategies
- Establish and maintain successful working relationships with Dell's regional and local teams, channel partners, and customers
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Logicom's market share for Dell products and solutions
- Ensure compliance with Logicom and Dell's governance and operational policies
- Manage Accounts Receivable process for Dell's portfolios
- Conduct regular sales management activities including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and business reviews
- Lead and grow a high performing Dell focused team, providing guidance and development opportunities
- Collaborate with other Logicom Business Units to design cross selling and up selling strategies
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives aligned with Dell's and Logicom's strategies
Requirements
- Over 12 years of experience in the ICT industry, specializing in technology sales, business development, and channel management
- At least 4 years of experience focusing on the Gulf markets
- Minimum 4 years in managerial roles, leading sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
- In depth expertise in Dell's ISG solutions (servers, storage, networking, HCI)
- Strong familiarity with Dell's CSG offerings (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Technology Management) highly preferred

Job Overview
- The Dell Business Unit Manager will oversee the Dell Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Client Solutions Group (CSG) portfolios for Logicom across the Gulf region (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).
- Responsible for managing the complete Dell product and solutions portfolio, driving revenue growth, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Being completely responsible of the P&L for the assigned Dell ISG and CSG portfolios across the region of scope.
- Driving the implementation and achievement of corporate business objectives and strategies.
- Establishing and maintaining successful working relationships with Dell’s regional and local Teams, as well as with key stakeholders among channel partners and customers.
- Developing and executing strategies to expand Logicom’ market share for Dell products and solutions across Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
- Ensuring compliance with Logicom and Dell’s governance and operational policies.
- Building and maintaining strong engagement with strategic and managed channel partners, driving mutual growth opportunities.
- Managing the Accounts Receivable process for Dell’s portfolios, ensuring adherence to financial objectives.
- Conducting regular sales management activities, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and business reviews, to monitor and enhance performance.
- Leading and growing a high performing Dell focused Team, providing guidance, development opportunities, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Leveraging the Company’s systems, platforms, and business tools, such as CRM, analytics, and e commerce, to drive efficiencies and business insights.
- Collaborating with other Logicom Business Units to design and execute cross selling and up selling strategies.
- Developing and implementing marketing initiatives that align with Dell’s and Logicom marketing strategies and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Over 12 years of experience in the ICT industry, specializing in technology sales, business development, and channel management.
- At least 4 years of experience focusing on the Gulf markets, with knowledge of regional market trends and customer behaviors.
- Minimum 4 years in managerial roles, leading sales Teams and fostering cross functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural Teams in a fast paced, competitive environment.
- Strong ability to build, mentor, and retain high performing Teams through effective leadership and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Technology Management) are highly preferred.
- In depth expertise in Dell’s ISG solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and hyper converged infrastructure (HCI).
- Strong familiarity with Dell’s CSG offerings, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of key business functions, including sales, marketing, logistics, and channel operations.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to develop strategies that gain market share.
