Job Overview

  • The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales across the local market for NetApp technology infrastructure.
  • This role involves building and maintaining relationships with the Vendor, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions based on the clients’ needs and requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leading the sales efforts for the NetApp products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Developing and managing strategic account plans, working closely with internal and external Teams.
  • Handling the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Using a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external Teams to identify and capture sales opportunities.
  • Staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to Business and/ or Information Technology.
  • Sales/ Account Management experience within the IT industry; experience on NetApp infrastructure will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Arabic in speaking, listening, and writing.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
