Responsibilities
- Leading the sales efforts for the NetApp products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
- Developing and managing strategic account plans, working closely with internal and external teams
- Handling the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation
- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers and influencers within customer organizations
- Using a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and proposing appropriate solutions
- Working collaboratively with internal and external teams to identify and capture sales opportunities
- Staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to Business and/or Information Technology
- Sales/Account Management experience within the IT industry
- Excellent command of Arabic in speaking, listening, and writing
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals
- Strong relationship building skills
- Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Experience on NetApp infrastructure will be considered an advantage

Job Overview
- The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales across the local market for NetApp technology infrastructure.
- This role involves building and maintaining relationships with the Vendor, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions based on the clients’ needs and requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading the sales efforts for the NetApp products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Developing and managing strategic account plans, working closely with internal and external Teams.
- Handling the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.

Skills & Qualifications
