Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and business decision making
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for commercial and operational teams
- Monitor key KPIs related to sales, inventory, assortment, shelf availability, and store productivity
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps, data issues, and improvement opportunities
- Support sales forecasting, assortment optimization, and inventory related analysis through data driven insights
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend analytical solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of dashboard development, data visualization, and management reporting
- Understanding of retail / FMCG KPIs such as sales, inventory, assortment, and store productivity
- Familiarity with ERP / SAP systems and database management concepts
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary
- The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing data to generate insights that support commercial and operational decision making across Everyday Goods Retail division.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and business decision making.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for commercial and operational teams.
- Monitor key KPIs related to sales, inventory, assortment, shelf availability, and store productivity.
