- Connect with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain AI workforce solutions
- Conduct follow up calls and meetings to pitch services and build relationships
- Maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions
- Work with internal team to improve outreach quality and conversion rates
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach and communication targets

Role Overview
- We are hiring dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Interns to join our high growth team. As a key part of our sales function, you'll be the bridge between our product and the customer—initiating conversations, researching potential leads, and closing opportunities.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, fluent in English, and familiar with ChatGPT tools.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Learning and implementing lead generation strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and online business directories
- Identifying and onboarding B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co working spaces as strategic partners
- Connecting with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain the company’s AI workforce solutions and service offerings
- Conducting follow up calls and meetings to pitch services, answer client queries, and build professional relationships
- Maintaining daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions
- Working with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition
- Achieving daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism and consistency
