Job Objective
Drive business growth within the security guarding and security services sector.
Acquire new clients, develop existing accounts, and identify new projects, tenders, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies within the security guarding sector.
- Identify and secure new clients, projects, tenders, and contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with government and private-sector clients.
- Manage tenders, commercial proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.
- Analyze the Saudi security services market, competitors, pricing, and opportunities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain existing accounts and drive contract renewals and business growth.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure successful delivery of security contracts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in security guarding, security services, or facilities management.
- Strong experience with government and private-sector tenders and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and security services industry.
