Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Property Management division by securing new management mandates and developing long term relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and institutional clients.
  • This is a client facing, revenue generating role requiring excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property management industry.
  • BSM Property is placing particular emphasis on the management of entire residential and commercial buildings, in addition to individual investment properties and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new property management mandates for individual units, residential and commercial buildings, and property portfolios.
  • Develop opportunities to secure exclusive building management agreements with property owners, investors, developers, and family offices.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Promote BSM Property's comprehensive property management services and value proposition.
  • Conduct client meetings, property assessments, and professional presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize Property Management Agreements.
  • Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired properties.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately monitor business development activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor services, rental market dynamics, and new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's property management products and pricing strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Dubai real estate, preferably within property management, landlord acquisition, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and securing property management mandates.
  • Experience in attracting residential and commercial building management projects will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of the Dubai real estate market, landlord expectations, leasing practices, and property management operations.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance with outstanding client relationship skills.
  • Established network of landlords, investors, developers, and real estate professionals is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Arabic language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are required.
