Responsibilities
- Manage all employment visa processes including new applications, renewals, cancellations and status amendments
- Coordinate Emirates ID applications, medical fitness examinations and immigration procedures
- Process work permits and ensure compliance with MOHRE requirements
- Liaise with immigration authorities, government departments and free zones
- Coordinate administrative procedures with Dubai Land Department, Trustee Offices and other regulatory authorities
- Support company licence renewals, permits and other government related approvals
- Prepare, submit and monitor official applications, correspondence and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records of employees, licences, visas and company documentation
- Ensure all statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met
- Provide administrative support to the Administration Department and assist other departments
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Property Management and Sales teams
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and document management
Requirements
- Previous experience as a PRO, Government Relations Officer or similar administrative role in UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE immigration, labour and government procedures
- Experience with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Trustee Offices highly desirable
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) essential; Arabic highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- UAE driving licence is an advantage

About the Role
- BSM Property is seeking a proactive, highly organized and detail oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our Administration Department.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing government relations, visa processing, licensing support and a wide range of administrative functions.
- This is a hands on position requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with government authorities, developers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all employment visa processes, including new applications, renewals, cancellations and status amendments.
- Coordinate Emirates ID applications, medical fitness examinations and immigration procedures.
- Process work permits and ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) requirements.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, government departments and free zones.
- Coordinate administrative procedures with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), Trustee Offices and other regulatory authorities.

Requirements

- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential. Arabic is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
