Payment Structure: Commission-Only

Hours: Full Time with a mix of office based and on the road

Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the growth of the department by developing relationships with new and existing landlords.

They will help to promote B S M Property Management which will aid in future business growth.

Typical work activities tend to include:

Report to the Head of Property Management and identify business development opportunities with an action plan.

Have a strong understanding of the UAE property management market.

Collaborate with internal teams to pitch services to prospective clients.

Educate clients and prospects on property management benefits and innovative ideas.

Prepare and present management proposals and negotiate contracts with third-party owners.

Collect, analyse, and summarize data and market trends in reports.

Continuously update knowledge through education, professional reading, and networking.

Develop and execute a sales plan targeting relevant contacts to drive external growth.

Act as the main point of contact for property owners.

Experience sales professional.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (basic Arabic preferred but not essential).

Presentable, professional and honest

Strong networking skills

Positive and hard-working attitude

Professional business dress is required at all times

Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards

You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company

An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player

UAE driving license and own car required
