BSM Property is a boutique real estate and property management company based in Dubai, managing a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use assets.

We focus on hands-on management, transparency, and long-term value creation for landlords.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our property management portfolio by acquiring new landlord mandates and building long-term client relationships.

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role requiring strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new property management mandates (individual units, buildings, portfolios)
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and landlords
  • Promote BSM’s property management services and value proposition
  • Conduct client meetings, property assessments, and presentations
  • Prepare and negotiate property management agreements
  • Work closely with internal teams to onboard new properties smoothly
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and actively track conversion
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and rental dynamics
  • Support pricing strategy and positioning of management services

Coordination & Oversight

  • Liaise with the Property Management team to ensure smooth handover of new properties
  • Stay aligned with operational capabilities (leasing, maintenance, FM) to present realistic solutions to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in property management or landlord acquisition
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, or mandate generation
  • Strong understanding of UAE property market, rental practices, and landlord expectations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional, presentable, and commercially driven
  • Strong network of landlords and investors is a significant advantage
  • UAE driving license and own car required

Package

  • Salary + commission / or commission-based (depending on profile)
  • High earning potential based on portfolio growth
  • Full-time, on-site role
