About the Role

  • These teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams.
  • Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a commercial perspective.
  • We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager work within the Global Business team who owns and drives strategic business development initiatives for our various products.
  • They manage Revolut’s private banking partnerships and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning new strategic partnerships to deliver a cutting edge private markets investment product for our Private banking users
  • Playing a pivotal role in taking the Private banking new bet from 0 to 1 and beyond
  • Breaking through relationships with leading fund managers across private equity, venture capital and hedge funds and shaping innovative private wealth solutions for their funds
  • Collaborating with core product and other teams (e.g.operations, legal, finance) to shape and implement new product strategies
  • Developing tailored proposals that align with partner needs and Revolut’s strategic goals, ensuring seamless integration and maximized value from each partnership
  • Ensuring effective working relationships with all relevant partners, third parties and internal stakeholders

What you'll need

  • A background in the investment space in a high growth, fast pace environment, either investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
  • To be an analytical thinker who starts with the data
  • To be proactive with the ability to push to make change happen
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships in a dynamic, global environment
  • Natural curiosity and will to make an impact
  • Fluency English
  • Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills

Compensation range

  • Krakow: PLN18,000 PLN20,000 gross monthly
  • Poland: PLN18,000 PLN20,000 gross monthly
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
