We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our events team and help expand our clientele.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities within the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to create customized event solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in the events or hospitality industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
