Role Summary
- The incumbent, as the Business Development Manager within the Food division of GMG, is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and expanding market reach within the MEA region.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a robust business development strategy to support GMG’s growth in MEA markets.
- Lead market research initiatives, analysing competitive landscapes, consumer trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Builds and manages strong relationships with international clients within MEA region, negotiating terms and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure product offerings are tailored to each market's unique needs.
- Responsible for overseeing sales forecasts, setting annual revenue goals, and tracking performance metrics.
- Identifies new product and service opportunities, works to optimize pricing strategies, and supports product launches.
- Lead business presentations and participate in trade exhibitions to strengthen GMG’s visibility.
- Tracking KPIs, analysing sales data, and preparing detailed reports on business development progress.
