Role overview
Drive growth of SGS Human Risk Management services across the GCC.
Promote digital KYC and KYE platforms, background screening, and due diligence solutions to regulated and risk-sensitive organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the GCC.
- Sell KYC, KYE, employment background screening, due diligence, and third-party risk management solutions.
- Build relationships with compliance, risk, HR, procurement, and C-level managers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, compliance, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of successful B2B business development or sales experience within the GCC.
- Experience selling services to financial institutions, multinational corporations, luxury brands, technology companies, or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, background screening, due diligence, risk management, and compliance solutions.
- Experience selling SaaS, RegTech, compliance technology, or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
- An existing network within financial services or luxury industries is highly desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic and additional languages are advantageous.
