About the Role
Robert Walters is partnering with a global data and analytics organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager for the MEA region based in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts, selling data and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue growth across the MEA region
- Identify, engage, and secure new logo customers while expanding existing client relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Understand customer challenges and position high value, ROI driven solutions
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking through Salesforce
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role within the Middle East
- Proven success in business development, account management, or enterprise sales
- Experience selling complex data, analytics, technology, SaaS, or information services solutions
- Strong understanding of value based selling methodologies with demonstrable success
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Native Arabic language skills would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel across the region as required

Overview

- As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for both acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts, helping organisations leverage data driven insights.
