Overview

  • We are partnering with a global data and analytics organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
  • As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for both acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts, helping organisations leverage data driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue growth across the MEA region.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new logo customers while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Understand customer challenges and position high value, ROI driven solutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking through Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role within the Middle East.
  • Proven success in business development, account management, or enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling complex data, analytics, technology, SaaS, or information services solutions.
  • Strong understanding of value based selling methodologies with demonstrable success.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Native Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
