- Develop and execute coverage strategies for Financial Institutions clients across Turkey and Egypt
- Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with existing FI clients
- Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and increase wallet share
- Develop and implement cross selling strategies across multiple banking products
- Increase client penetration through Lending, GTB, Cash Management, and Global Markets solutions
- Promote banking solutions including Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury Solutions, FX, and Global Markets Products
- Collaborate with product teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Support transformation initiatives across client onboarding and servicing
- Monitor portfolio performance and client profitability
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal banking policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline
- Minimum 12+ years of banking experience
- Strong experience in Financial Institutions (FI) Coverage
- Proven experience in Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking, Global Markets, Lending, and Cash Management
- Demonstrated success in cross selling and revenue growth initiatives
- Experience in Turkey and/or Egypt banking markets is highly preferred
- Experience in client onboarding, operating model transformation, or client lifecycle management

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Financial Institutions Coverage – Cross Sell & Business Development Lead to drive the activation and expansion of cross selling opportunities across the Financial Institutions (FI) client portfolio, with a primary focus on Turkey and Egypt markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute coverage strategies for Financial Institutions (FI) clients across Turkey and Egypt.
- Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with existing FI clients.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and increase wallet share.
- Develop and implement cross selling strategies across multiple banking products.
- Increase client penetration through Lending, GTB, Cash Management, and Global Markets solutions.
- Promote banking solutions including Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury Solutions, Foreign Exchange, Global Markets Products, and Transaction Banking Services.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop tailored client solutions.
- Support transformation initiatives across client onboarding and servicing.
- Monitor portfolio performance and client profitability.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal banking policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12+ years of banking experience.
- Strong experience in Financial Institutions (FI) Coverage.
- Proven experience in Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Global Markets, Lending, and Cash Management.
- Demonstrated success in cross selling and revenue growth initiatives.
- Experience in Turkey and/or Egypt banking markets is highly preferred.
- Experience in client onboarding, operating model transformation, or client lifecycle management.
Preferred Education
- MBA or Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
