- Manage the entire sales cycle, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM or relevant tools.
- Build and nurture long term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support strategic planning and continuous business growth.
Requirements
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in the real estate market.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to manage client portfolios, ensure client satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present services clearly, negotiate effectively, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in real estate, property registration, or related services in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office; ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced, client focused environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
