- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector
- Prospect, qualify leads, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, and partners
- Present OnTime Group’s real estate related services and solutions
- Manage client meetings, prepare proposals and presentations
- Negotiate terms and support contract closure to meet revenue and growth targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
Requirements
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation with a strong track record of building and growing a sales pipeline
- Strong Business and Account Management capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in the real estate sector in the UAE or GCC
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and meet targets in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within UAE (preferred)

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for a Business Development Executive – Real Estate (Arabic Speaker).
- The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate sector, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, build and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, and partners, and present OnTime Group’s real estate related services and solutions.
- Responsibilities include managing client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating terms, and supporting contract closure to meet revenue and growth targets.
- The role will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities, with a focus on Arabic speaking markets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a strong track record of building and growing a sales pipeline.
- Strong Business and Account Management capabilities, including client relationship management, opportunity tracking, and revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver professional presentations and negotiate effectively.
- Experience in the real estate sector in the UAE or GCC, with understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and client needs.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, organize priorities, and meet targets in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, and comfort using digital channels for prospecting and follow up.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and events are preferred.
