Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Business Development Executive – DLD/Real Estate Trustee role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Dubai Land Department and real estate trustee services, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • The Business Development Executive will manage the sales pipeline, conduct lead generation activities, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into long term clients.
  • Day to day responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • The role also requires regular reporting on performance, contributing to business growth plans, and representing the company at relevant industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and client retention.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Relevant experience in real estate, property registration, or DLD/trustee services in the UAE is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and meet targets in a fast paced environment.
