- Manage day to day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and service delivery.
- Work with line manager to develop and execute strategies for improving patient care quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make adjustments.
- Work with medical and administrative staff to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor budgetary expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement staff development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of administrative and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of job related experience
- Command of English language
- Operational process mapping skills and use of appropriate tools like lean
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good numeracy skills – understanding of Profit and Loss statements
- Data Analytical Skills
- Power BI Skills
- Thorough knowledge of international accreditation standards, such as Joint Commission International (JCI)
- Knowledge of project planning and execution

About the Role
- As a part of the Group Health and Medical Services team, this role supports line manager in ensuring seamless and efficient operations within all QR medical facilities by optimizing resources, improving patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Focus on driving continuous improvement in operational performance, patient safety, and service quality across Group Health & Medical Services.
- Track the manager's operational tasks and provide support when needed to ensure timely delivery and expected standards.
Your duties would include

Qualification
