Responsibilities
- Collaborate with line manager to contribute to the development of long term strategic plans for the department
- Assist teams in executing and implementing expansion plans to align operational goals with organizational strategy
- Manage day to day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and service delivery
- Develop and execute strategies to improve quality of patient care and operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess operational performance and make necessary adjustments
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments
- Monitor budgetary expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and promote continuous improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of administrative and support staff
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job related experience
- Command of English language
- Operational process mapping skills and use of appropriate tools like lean
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good numeracy skills – understanding of Profit and Loss statements
- Data Analytical Skills
- Power BI Skills
- Thorough knowledge of international accreditation standards, such as Joint Commission International (JCI)
- Knowledge of project planning and execution

About the Role
- As a part of the Group Health and Medical Services team, this role supports line manager in ensuring seamless and efficient operations within all QR medical facilities.
- Focus on driving continuous improvement in operational performance, patient safety, and service quality.
- Involves tracking the manager's operational tasks and providing support when needed.
Your Duties Would Include
- Collaborate closely with your line manager to contribute to the development of long term strategic plans.
- Assist teams in executing and implementing expansion plans.
- Manage day to day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve quality of patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
