Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Specialized’s Business Continuity framework, plans, and procedures
- Assist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities to identify critical business functions, dependencies, and recovery requirements
- Support the development, review, and periodic update of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and related documentation
- Coordinate business continuity testing exercises, simulations, and readiness assessments
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions resulting from continuity exercises, audits, and assessments
- Maintain business continuity records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Coordinate with business units to collect continuity related information and ensure plans remain current
- Support awareness and training activities related to business continuity across Specialized
- Assist in monitoring business continuity risks and escalating potential continuity concerns
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on business continuity readiness, testing results, and improvement initiatives

Job Purpose
- The role holder is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of Specialized’s Business Continuity practices to ensure operational resilience and continuity of critical business services.

Key Functional Accountability
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Specialized’s Business Continuity framework, plans, and procedures.
- Assist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities to identify critical business functions, dependencies, and recovery requirements.
