Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations
- Support NIAPs, new product launches, and K rollouts for crypto features
- Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials
- Own post launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
- Translate evolving regulation into actionable, product ready requirements
- Conduct horizon scanning and support BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics
- Enable the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
- Experience in a top tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast growing technology company, or strategy consultancy
- Excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast paced, high performance environment
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines

What you'll be doing
- Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime, upcoming regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements
- Supporting NIAPs, new product launches, and K rollouts for crypto features
- Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials
- Owning post launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
- Translating evolving regulation into actionable, product ready requirements
