- 12+ years of experience in Global Markets, Treasury, FX Sales, Commodity Trading, or Risk Management Solutions
- Proven experience in developing and commercializing hedging products and solutions
- Strong understanding of derivatives, treasury products, and risk management frameworks
- Deep expertise in FX and Commodity Hedging products
- Commercial mindset with strong revenue generation capabilities
- Ability to engage CFOs, Treasurers, and senior corporate stakeholders
- Fluency in Arabic and English preferred

- Experience across Qatar, Turkey, and/or Egypt markets preferred
- Strong understanding of derivatives, treasury products, and risk management frameworks

- Strong understanding of structured and advanced hedging solutions
- Experience working with electronic trading and treasury platforms
- Commercial mindset with strong revenue generation capabilities
- Ability to engage CFOs, Treasurers, and senior corporate stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and product development skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
