Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of core business applications (e.g., ERP, SharePoint, ServiceNow)
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues to ensure high availability and performance
- Perform regular system audits, updates, and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document application related requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases
- Advise departments on best practices and optimal use of business applications
- Lead or support the implementation, integration, and upgrade of business applications
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation
- Identify and recommend improvements or automation opportunities
- Liaise with software vendors and external consultants on product roadmaps, support issues, and SLAs
- Manage small to medium scale application projects, ensuring delivery on time within scope and budget
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 to less than 6 years of experience in managing or supporting enterprise business applications
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, business analysis, and process modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM, or custom built enterprise platforms
- Strong experience in building and presenting performance dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or PMP frameworks is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
